My coaching sessions are based on each client's agenda and you decide the scope and pace of change. This is so important as it gives you full ownership of the areas you would like to focus on. I work with my clients to realise the goals that matter most to them - to help them uncover their full potential, achieve higher levels of self-awareness, become a confident person, and tackle specific health and well-being challenges.
Each session typically lasts for about 30 to 45 minutes once a month and times/dates are booked in advance. Each session starts with checking in with the clients on where they are, how they are feeling, and what they want to talk about in that sessions and how coaching will work best for them on the day.
